Again, not worried about winning vs players but I’d still like to give myself the best loadout I can. Gimballed or fixed? Cannons or repeaters? And any better missile suggestions over the stock ones? Just wanting to give myself as good of a chance against a player as I can as well as equip myself for success against pve content. I say all that to provide context that I’m not asking this from a “how do I beat other players” perspective and more from a “what’s the most effective loadout” perspective.Īnyways, what do you guys find to be the best loadout for the 400i in terms of its pilot controlled weaponry? If you must have size 4 weapons I would only recommend the AD4B Gatlings and Laser Repeaters at this time. These would also benefit from being moved further back in general, or. Semi-retractable: just that, they fold away somewhat when powered down, creating a more aesthetic profile. ![]() ![]() ![]() I’m fully aware this isn’t a “combat craft” in that I won’t be fighting players and more running from most dangerous fights, but pve is the bread and butter of how you make money in the verse anyways so I’m not worried about it because I plan to run various mission types and not being able to do hardcore pvp isn’t a big deal for me as the stats look amazing for being able to evade conflict, absorb damage while you do, and dish it out as you flee with the 2 size 3 rear turrets. Pilot Hardpoints: Considering the lack of maneuverability of the 400i as its not a combat oriented ship, I would recommend keeping the Gimballed size 3 weapons on the front. MSR’s top turret, both turrets on the 400i. So I picked up a 400i as it’s the exact type of ship I’ve always wanted (a soloable ship that’s relatively multicrew but has room for a couple friends) and finally one was made from my favorite manufacturer.
